Shcherbatiuk O. Civil Law Treatment for Res Nullius.

The thesis deals with a complex research of theoretical and methodological justification of the civil law treatment for res nullius. A deep analysis of the theoretical studies and the methodological principles for res nullius law civil treatment was provided. The concepts and the features of different res nullius types were concretized, as well as the peculiarities of their legal treatment were established. The legal regulation of the procedure for emergence of title to different categories of the res nullius was analyzed. The legal grounds and the consequences of the title termination to res nullius were determined. The search of ways to improve the legal regulation of the relations concerning res nullius was carried out. The analysis of the theoretical and the methodological aspects as well as legal regulation with regard to res nullius was carried out.
