Essay

The thesis is devoted to the study of changes of humus content, physical, physical- chemical properties of dark gray podzolic soils of Western Forest-Steppe of Ukraine under the influence of long-term agricultural use with the different fertilization systems, and the impact of global warming on the thermal and water regimes and hydrothermal indicators of studied territory. Experimentally proved the increase of heat-supply of dark gray soil, improving its warm-up period, expanding the boundaries of effective temperatures period. Established that despite the increase in rainfalls during the year, the area of the Western Forest-Steppe becomes more arid. Grounded the increase of the risks of adverse weather phenomena during the growing season - frost in the ground, prolonged drought, periodic floods, droughts, strong winds. Models of changes of elements of soil climate over the next twenty-five years were built. Measures to preserve the fertility of dark gray podzolic soils and productivity of crop-production in terms of climate change were proposed.
