Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to increasing the efficiency of chronic heart failure treatment and improvement of patient's quality of life. At this study the level of patients' health literacy was assessed. It was investigated the influence of combined chronic heart failure treatment included individual self-control and self-care education and group learning on treatment adherence, quality of life, patient clinical condition, bioelectrical myocardium activity, heart rate variability, prognosis. The factors that reduce the effectiveness of patient education were studied and the ways to overcome them were proposed.
