An object - patients with Crohn's disease of the small and large bowel; an aim - to randomize effective ways of early diagnostics and differentiated surgical treatment of complicated Crohn's disease; methods - clinical, instrumental, morphological, statistics; novelty - the intestine resection is to be proven as the most effective treatment of terminal ileitis, while colonic obstruction requires two staged intervention with resection and colostomy on a background of conservative treatment; results - the diagnostic and therapeutic algorithm was worked out for patients with Crohn's disease to decrease the number of terminal ileitis complications; it is inculcated - in treatment and study process; industry - surgery.
