Object - decompensated chronic venous insufficiency of the lower limbs; Goal - to improve the results of surgical treatment of patients with chronic venous insufficiency of the lower limbs by developments of the minimally invasive treatment technologies and implementation them in clinical practice; Methods - clinical, laboratory, mathematical, statistical; Novelty - it is proved that the minimally invasive technology for treating chronic venous insufficiency of the lower limbs contribute to the healing of venous ulcers by eliminating venous reflux; Results - echo-foam of scleroobliteration perforating veins and v. Leonardo were used under USDS control with the aim of healing of venous leg ulcers and improve long-term results of treatment; Introduced in the medical and educational process; Industry - surgery.
