The dissertation is dedicated to the problem of reducing the incidence of infectious complications in patients with severe combined trauma by glycemic control of initial hyperglycemia intensive insulin therapy. Based on the results of the study parameters of glycemic status of cellular and humoral immunity, frequency and speed of development of infectious complications in patients with severe combined trauma in the intensive care unit, it is shown that the presence of initial hyperglycemia in the early posttraumatic period leads to an increased frequency of infectious complications and requires intensive management control. It is proved that the use of technology glycemic control of initial hyperglycemia intensive insulin therapy in patients with severe combined trauma allows to safely, efficiently and quickly normalize glycemic parameters, immune status, reducing the incidence of infectious complications and mortality in this cohort of patients.
