Zaiats G. Modernization of human resourcing organizational and economic mechanism for socio-humanitarian sphere in Ukraine.

The object - the process of modernization of organizational and economic mechanism of socio-humanistic sphere's human resourcing; the target: development of conceptual framework of modernization of organizational and economic mechanism of human resourcing of Ukraine's socio-humanistic sphere and provement of recommendations regarding its acceleration in the context of the strategic priorities of the national economy; methodical basis: systemic approach, analysis and synthesis, logical and theoretical generalization; statistical comparisons, graphical analysis, typology, correlation and regression analysis, skewness ratio, the elasticity coefficient, scenario modeling; academic novelty: the conceptual foundations of modernization changes in the organizational and economic mechanism of socio-humanistic sphere's human resourcing have been developed; the methodological approaches to the evaluation of progress in the processes of human resourcing in the sphere of healthcare, education, science and culture have been improved through the identification of system linkages and interdependencies; as well as methodical principles of diagnostics of organizational and economic mechanism of socio-humanistic sphere's human resourcing with identification of approaches and appropriate system of evaluation indicators; results-theoretical and methodological principles and recommendations regarding modernization of organizational and economic mechanism of socio-humanistic sphere's human resourcing in Ukraine and methods of its diagnostics; dominant trends of changes in human resources and directions of current problems resolution have been found; branch - economics and management of national economy.
