The object of study: the process of staff of industrial enterprises motivation. Objective: developing of the theoretical foundations and practical recommendations on immaterial motivation of industrial enterprises staff and use of psychological characteristics in the selection of motivational levers. Methods: comparative analysis, systematization and generalization, statistical analysis techniques, author's surveys, expert opinions, economic and mathematical modeling. Novelty: for the first time developed tools for selection motivational factors based on character accentuations by A. Lichk and dominant development needs, which will improve staff motivation through counting of psychological characteristics of workers, improved staff motivation concept based on personal development, classification of motivational needs, system of performance management of industrial enterprises personnel motivation. Scope: in activities of Lviv branch of the Credit Union «Favorite», Open Joint Stock Company «Galnaftogaz», Scientific-production commercial firm «Sparing-Vist» and Scientific-production organization «Termoprylad», in the educational process of private higher education institution «Lviv University of Business and Law» in teaching of disciplines «Personnel Management», «Economics and Management of Enterprises», «Entrepreneurship and management», «Business Economics».
