The present dissertation addresses the issues of enhancing diagnostics and treatment efficiency of women of reproductive age early with CIN.The specifics of anamnestic data, menstrual, sexual and generative functions of patients with CIN were studied. An algorithm for diagnostic testing based on clinical, colposcopic, morphological and etiological diagnosis according to the revealed peculiarities of CIN in women of reproductive ageearly. Proposed methods of complex differential treatment of patients of reproductive ageearly for CIN I-III to include treatment regimens in alfa - interferon and plants cytostatics. The expediency and efficiency of radiowave therapy in the surgical treatment of cervical cancer, as a method of choice for patients with of reproductive ageearly on CIN-III in order to preserve their reproductive function.
