Dissertation is devoted to the improvement and development of scientifically-methodical positions and practical recommendations in relation to development the strategy of management the labour potential of coal enterprises. The cross-correlation-regressive models of change the labour productivity are built and the basic factors of influence are certain on it. Present and perspective possibilities of increase the labour potential of enterprises are appraised by means of method "square of potential". The necessity of development the strategy of management labour potential is reasonable on the basis of "strategic set", that complex and comprehensively characterizes the state and possibilities of development the labour potential of coal enterprises.
