Bordyuzha A. Information provision of management system of balanced agricultural land use

In this dissertation a research and analysis are made to the theoretical approaches in the determination of the matter and the singularities of an information system for land resources control in agriculture. The conceptual foundations of the land cadastre system information of management of agricultural land use were substantiated through the introduction of new principles, functions, directions and elements of the system of conduction. The scientific basis of the formation of the information system of land use was investigated basing on the international experience of cadastre systems. The current state of information provision of agricultural land in Ukraine has been analyzed in this thesis. The evaluation indicators of agricultural land use were systemized to provide the information system displayed by cluster analysis, unlike the existing ones. The structural-functional diagram of the information system of agricultural land has been developed. The institutional mechanism of the information provision of the balanced agricultural land use has been refined. The organizational and economic measures for the implementation of the information system of balanced agricultural land use have been substantiated
