Stupen O. Organizational and economic foundations of the land and economic systems capitalization

The thesis is devoted to the substantiation of theoretical foundations and improvement of methodological approaches to capitalize land and economic systems in order to increase environmental and economic efficiency of utilization as well as reproduction of natural-resource potential. This paper deals with the concept of "capitalization of land and economic systems". Scientific and methodical approach to assess the level of capitalization of land and economic systems has been proved. The approach to the assessment of innovative potential in the context of the land and economic system capitalization has been improved. Directions of institutional support over the land-economic systems functioning has been proved. State and transformation of the land property forms in a market economy have been analyzed. Regularities, trends and peculiarities of the land and economic systems development both at the national and global dimensions have been discovered. Organizational and economic instruments of incorporation, financing and securitization of the land and economic systems have been given.
