Solomaha A. Police law in scientific legacy of M. M. Tsytovich.

Dissertation deals with research of formation, development and transformation of the police law at St. Volodymyr University and profound analysis of formation and development of theoretical and legal view of M.M. Tsytovych in sphere of police law. Analyzed results of scientific activity of professors of police in St. Vladimir University, proved existence of Kyiv University school of police law, determine founders and leaders of this school and also their basic sights and the concrete contribution to formation of the theory of police law are characterized. Scientific biography of M. M. Tsytovich is investigated on the basis of the analysis of new archival documents. Influence of a German university science on formation of scientific views of M.M. Tsytovych and his predecessors in the sphere of police law is proved. Pedagogical activity of M. M. Tsytovych as a professors of the police law of St. Vladimir University is investigated. Scientific activity of M. M. Tsytovych is analyzed through a prism of his the lectures.
