Grachov S. Responsibility for violation of international transfers of goods subject to national export controls under the criminal law of Ukraine

This research focuses on issues of criminal liability for violation of international transfers of goods subject to national export control. Discover the historical retrospective criminal law combating disorder of international transfers of goods subject to national export control. Given the achievements doctrine developments of law enforcement and regulatory provisions of law made criminal in-depth legal analysis of objective and subjective elements of the crime under the Criminal Code of Ukraine st.333. The issues related to the regulation of punishment for committing this crime and its purpose. The results of the research are formulated proposals to improve the Criminal Code of Ukraine and other normative legal acts regulating international transfers of goods subject to national export control.
