Essay

Theoretical and methodological as well as practical aspects of organization and functioning of organic product market in Ukraine are researched; peculiarities of its development are examined. Author's definitions "organic plant product market" and "organic product supply" are suggested; the main subjects of the given market are allocated. It is defined that the price on organic products includes the following components: expenses on production, expenses on sale of products, added value and value of organic product which we suggest determining based on continuous monitoring of consumers' preferences, their opportunities, macroeconomic factors etc. The concept of further development of the organic product market is worked out as well as the main directions of improvement of the formation of its supply are grounded, the natural and economic potential of Ukraine as one of the most important factors of the organic product supply formation is investigated, the ways of the development of the system of marketing activities aimed at the efficient sale of organic products in the domestic and foreign market are formulated, and the main aspects of the development of the institutional mechanism of formation of the organic products' supply by means of the STEEPLE - analysis are allocated.
