Bashuk S. Legal Activity: the concept, structure and species.

The author has given a general notion of behavior and, in particular, social behavior, set the main factors influencing it, contributed to the manifestation of social activity, and founded out the value for the development of society and the individual himself. The work has delineated the concept of "legal behavior" and "legally meaningful behavior". In the paper the approaches to legal activity as mean legally significant behavior are summarized. The author has identified the main criteria by which legal activity differs from other types of legally significant behavior. Particular attention is paid to identifying the relationship between the level of activity of legal entities of law and democratic state legal regime, as well as the development of civil society. The author has proceeded that balance between the objective of the limitations and the interest on which is directed requires that the state must take into account the importance of legal activity for the development of civil society and the functioning of the state on democratic principles.
