Aloshina N. Territorial gromada as the entity of law.

The dissertation is devoted to problems of territorial gromada as the entity of law. The following issues are investigated in work: definition of territorial gromada and its characteristics; distinctive features of territorial gromada as the entity of law species; territorial associations' status in foreign countries; territorial gromada's legal personality; territorial community competence; territorial gromada's status as the subject of legal relationships. Considerable attention is devoted to the legal nature and status of territorial gromada as the participant of social relations on the current stage of state legal development. It is formulated a number of propositions for improvement of law rules, which regulate the functioning of territorial gromada in Ukraine.
