Adabashev T. The commercial legal regulation of payment systems in Ukraine.

The dissertation covers the scientific research of issues connected with the improvement of commercial legal regulation of payment systems in Ukraine. The new initial concept of understanding for the essence as well as basic qualification legal criteria of payment systems were proposed in terms of broadened interpretation of their functional purpose. The classification of payment systems depending on legal criteria was accomplished. The features of state-legal instruments of influence on commercial legal mechanism of payment systems regulation were analyzed. It is substantiated the necessity to assign the sphere of payment systems as priority orientation of state economic policy, the credit and monetary one in particular. The special features and means of improvement of local and commercial-contractual legal regulation regarding the sphere of payment systems were characterized. The attention is paid to the problems of the development of payment systems services in Ukraine and the directions of their improvement, namely: the problems of qualification and improvement of payment servicing in payment systems as types of commercial activity; the improvement of means of commercial legal defense of payment systems users issues.
