The thesis deals with the task of reducing the frequency of adverse perinatal outcomes in women of low growth through complex clinical, somato-genetic, morphological studies, by developing and implementing a number of preventive actions for optimal health maintenance. Clinical and epidemiological studies (material 2002-2013 yy.) showed a significant increase in the share of women with a body length ?157 cm from 7.7 % in 2002 to 12.1 % in 2007, followed by a gradual increase to 14.1 % a sign in retardation modern reproductive generation. Proved associative link stunting healthy individuals with the syndrome undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia, which gives reason to consider a new version of stunting undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia, as peculiar kind of development that is formed by a complex external (high level of urbanization) and internal (born women with low weight, negative family environment) factors on critical early stages of ontogeny as a manifestation dyzonthogenesis. It is shown that the rate of growth of the fetus from 34-36 weeks. a ? cases is limited (deceleration growth), reflecting coincidence somato-genetic constitution fetus from its mother, and increasing resistance in arterial vessels and evidence of fetal circulatory centralization phenomenon due more early maturing placenta. To prevent perinatal proposed and implemented a number of preventive measures taken to minimize poor perinatal outcomes, the need for operative delivery.
