Scientific work is devoted frequency decrease obstetrical and perinatal pathology at prenatal infection on the basis of studying of features of a functional condition fetoplacental complex, system immunity and micribiocenose of sexual ways and intestines, and also working out and introduction of a complex of treatment-and-prophylactic actions. Risk factors of development prenatal infection are revealed. The interrelation between perinatal results of delivery, a functional condition of system mother-placenta-born, system immunity and microbiocenose of intestines and sexual ways at pregnant women is established at prenatal infection. It has allowed to expand the data about patogenesise functional infringements in system mother-placenta-born at prenatal infection. The role of correction of placentary dysfunction, microbiocenose of sexual ways and intestines to preventive maintenance perinatal is shown a pathology at prenatal infection. Major factors of risk and modern aspects of clinical current of pregnancy, sorts and a condition of newborns are studied at prenatal infection. The role of intraamnial infection, changes of system immunity and infringements micribiocenose of intestines and sexual ways in genesise is shown placentary dysfunction. Practical recommendations about frequency decrease perinatal pathologies are developed and introduced at prenatal infection on the basis of timely, effective diagnostics and correction of placentary dysfunction and rational tactics of delivery.
