Scientific work is devoted decrease in frequency of relapses endometriomes after laparoscopical treatments on a basis studying the cores anamnestical, clinical, ehogfrafical, endocrinological and immunological changes, and also improvements of algorithm of treatment-and-prophylactic and rehabilitation actions. New links of patogenesise endometriomes on the basis of an establishment of interrelations between clinical, ehografical, morphological, endocrinological and immunological changes before and after laparoscopical treatments of endometriomes are established. It has allowed to show a role hormonal and immunological infringements in genesise of endometrioidal defeats of ovariums. The role of ehografical and endoscopical diagnostics methods is shown at various variants of a clinical current endometriomes. The basic morphological changes are studied at endometrioidal defeat of ovariums taking into account degree of process. The obtained data has allowed to prove scientifically necessity of improvement of treatment-and-prophylactic and rehabilitation actions at women after laparoscopical treatments of endometriomes. Efficiency of advanced algorithm of rehabilitation actions after laparoscopical treatments of endometriomes on the basis of the differentiated approach to use hormonal and immunological is shown correction.
