Scientific work is devoted frequency decrease miscarriages in women with uterine leyomioma and cervical pathology in anamnesis. On the basis of clinico-microbiological, echographic, endocrinological, cytological and colposcopical methods of study the features of obstetric and perinatal pathology in women with uterine leyomioma and cervical pathology in anamnesis have been established. Scientifically sudstantiated, developed and introduced practical recommendations for reducing frequency for miscarriages in women in this group based on the improvement of treatment and preventive measures. All this as whole permitted to improve the results of pregnancy, childbirth, the postpartum period in women with uterine leyomioma and cervical pathology in anamnesis.
