Doroshenko I. Preventive maintenance perinatal pathologies at women with diseases of liver and gastroenteric path.

Scientific work is devoted frequency decrease perinatal pathologists at women with a pathology of liver and gastroenteric path on the basis of studying of the basic clinical, ehografical, endocrinological, imunological, biochemical, microbiological and morphological changes, and also improvement of algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions. The role of pathology of liver and gastroenteric path in development perinatal complications is established. The interrelation between obstetrical and perinatal results of delivery, a functional condition fetoplacental complex, a condition of a homeostasis and microbiocenose of sexual ways and intestines at women with pathology of liver and gastroenteric path is defined. It has allowed to establish new links of patogenesise of perinatal pathologies, and also scientifically to prove necessity of improvement of algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions. Efficiency of algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions at women with pathology of liver of gastroenteric path on the basis of use patogenetical medicamentous correction is improved and estimated.
