Essay

The object of study - the process of beams transportation in inhomogeneous magnetic field and the excitation of oscillations in resonators with a slow-wave structure. The goal - to study of the features of the beam interaction with the fields of the resonator with a slow-wave structure. Results - the excitation of the 400 GHz clinotron has been achieved with output power of 43 mW; the mode of the volume-surface operation has been observed; the enhancement of the efficiency, reduction of starting currents and generation in a 3-mm band with a power of 2 W have been achieved; the excitation of the generator with the double-ladder system has been observed. Branch of service - physical electronics.
