Voloshin A. Chronical inflammatory genital diseases among HIV-infected women - clinic, diagnostics and treatment features.

This research focuses on the investigation of etiopathogenetical factors and peculiarities of a clinical course of chronical inflammatory diseases of the genital organs (СIDGO) among HIV-infected women and on the development of comprehensive measures for diagnostics and treatment. During the investigation it was founded that HIV infection had negative influence on the course of СIDGO, which are determined by social and economic factors. According to established pathological changes of microbiocaenosis of reproductive organs, of immune, hormonal and emotional state of HIV-infected women with СIDGO an algorithm of therapeutic measures among HIV-infected women with СIDGO has been worked out. This algorithm includes ethiotropical (system and local): empirical and specific due to the pathogen СIDGO / STI (antibacterial, antiviral, antimicrobial); analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antihomotoxic therapy; correction of immunological changes, hormonal balance; methabolic disorders and changes in microcirculation, sexual disorders; treatment of adhesive processes and rehabilitation (regeneration of vagina and cervix biocenosis, immune protection, regeneration of folliculogenesis).
