Essay

The thesis is devoted to the improvement of theoretical, methodological and practical principles of the formation and implementation of the quality management system of banking services. Given the definition of quality banking services with an emphasis on the obligation to factor in the standardization of services in the interpretation of the concept of quality. Author reveals the concept of "quality management system of banking services" by defining its elements and detailing the functions and working conditions on the basis of the specialized high-tech software. It was recommended a four-phase methodology for constructing this system. Author defines components of the quality management system of banking services which are the subsystem standardization of banking services, sales management subsystem banking, management subsystem innovation in banking and management subsystem marketing. The approaches to the development of the quality management system of banking services are improved by a combination of modern innovation strategies of quality management services. Author Proposes to put into practice the concept of banking Ukraine "Innovation Manager". Importance of the use of the distribution network of the bank are proved for providing quality banking services.
