Glushach A. Transactional costs of the labour market actors in the transformation economy

Object of research: the labour market of Ukraine and with its actors, consisting of employees, employers and their intermediates, presented by state and public organizations. A research objective: to specify the dynamics and peculiarities of the transactional costs of the actors of labour-management relations in the structural transformation of domestic labour market and to reveal the ways, promoting their optimization. Research methods: dialectical, analysis and synthesis, comparison and generalization, graphic methods, the method of expert evaluations, systems approach. Results, novelty: transactions of domestic labour market have been divided according to the functional feature into labour market functioning transactions, which take place directly during an interaction, and labour market reproduction transactions, which are mediated by the demand and supply of labour and by the institutional norms; the structure and classification of the labor market transaction costs have been improved according to different criteria – on the basis of the role in providing employment forms (creative, reproductive), on the subjects (employers, employees and government, and non-governmental organizations), and on the character of awareness and regulation (transaction costs and transaction losses); approaches to evaluation of dynamics of the labor market transaction costs and efficiency of contract interaction forms have been developed; the nature of influence of the main features of classic labour contract on the transaction costs of its parties have been determined; effects of the transaction factors on the labour market transformation peculiarities have been revealed.
