Essay

TObject: the process of formation of the organizational culture in the management system of trade enterprise (TE). Purpose: further development of theoretical foundations, methodological provisions and development of scientific and practical recommendations on improvement of the process of formation of the organizational culture in the management system of TE. Methods: dialectical method; terminology and logical analysis; extrapolation of scientific knowledge; heuristic methods and processing methods of expert information; information modeling; qualimetric analysis; correlation and regression analysis; graphical method and the construction of analytical tables; sociological methods (questionnaires, interviews, testing, control issues). It is offered: a methodology to assess the quality of the organizational culture on the basis of qualimetric approach; the influence of the quality of organizational culture on the overall effectiveness of the enterprise. Sphere of the use: trade enterprises.
