Proskurnia M. Management of development of enterprises of information and communication services

The mechanism of management of development of enterprises providing information and communication services is developed and justified taking into account the specific features of services by using a set of gnosiological approaches, general scientific and special methods of cognition in the dissertation. For the first time the methodical approach to stratification of objects of management of development of enterprises providing information and communication services by specific characteristics of services is proposed. An application of conditional natural rate of service output - relatively simple task - is justified for using by project-oriented enterprises providing information and communication services. Methodical foundations of determining the nature of development of enterprise providing information and communication services is improved on basis of the dynamics of values of its level of development, calculated by the method of taxonomic analysis. The systematization of enterprises is extended on basis of the dynamics of the modified coefficient of their development and comparison of real and sustainable earnings growth rates. The toolset of management of development of enterprises providing information and communication services is developed on basis of making choice of effective management strategy of its production and marketing potential. An understanding of the essence of the concept "development of an enterprise" is extended taking into account its adaptive capabilities. The essence of the concept "information and communication service" is specified. The practical importance of theoretical, methodical and applied scientific results is confirmed with their using by the three domestic companies providing information and communication services and using in the educational process.
