Gorbenko T. Pulmorenal pathophysiological relationship of patients with a chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and justification of their diagnostics ways and medicamentous correction

Object - renal function in elderly patients with COPD at different stages of the disease; purpose - improve the pathogenetic substantiation of treatment of patients with COPD at different stages of development, based on the study of kidney function and correction of violations due to the basic treatment of COPD and reopoligljukin use in combination with pentoksifilin; methods - pathophysiological, clinical-laboratory, clinical-instrumental, biochemical, statistical; results - it is revealed that kidneys function violation of COPD patients has functional, transient character; it is determined that basic therapy in the combination with reopolyglukin, pentoxifylline promotes faster improvement of patient health; the influence of this therapy authentically reduces short breathe symptoms by mMRC scale, thereby, improves life quality, reduces hypoxia symptoms, as pathogenetic factor of kidneys dysfunction; positive influence of reopolyglukin and pentoxifylline addition for kidneys functional condition by increasing of glomerular filtration speed and kidneys functional reserve growth of old and aged COPD patients, and also acceleration of remission is noted.
