Kucher O. The peculiarities of pathogenesis of the gastrointestinal tract disorders of patients with Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and the substantiation of its correction

Object - lesions of the gastrointestinal tract in patients with COPD; purpose - to define the role of the state of dysfunction of the autonomic nervous system in the pathogenesis pathology of the gastrointestinal tract in patients with COPD and ways to justify their pathogenetic correction; methods - clinical, clinical-instrumental, clinical-laboratory, statistical; results - the struc-ture of the digestive tract of comorbidity of patients with COPD was studied as well as the main etiological fac-tors of gastrointestinal disorders of elderly patients with COPD; the role of autonomic regulation disorders, hypoxia and micro-circulatory disorders in the pathogenesis of lesions of the gastrointestinal tract was evaluated; the evaluation of the clinical efficacy of the proposed combination therapy for patients with combined pathology of the gastrointestinal tract and COPD was conducted; it was shown that the combination of hemodilution infusion therapy by reopolyglucin and selective ?-blockers (nebivalol) had a positive impact on quality of COPD patients life at different stages of the disease, could reduce the number of complications and prolong remission.
