Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the development and scientific substantiation of a conceptual approaches for determining the role and contribution of priority carcinogenic compounds of air pollution in the forming of the population oncologic morbidity. The levels of aerogenic carcinogenic load for the population of the investigating cities were determined; individual, total and population carcinogenic risks for their residents were calculated, the relationship between population cancer incidence and aerogenic load of carcinogenic compounds was established.Developed approaches and principles allow to predict the oncologic morbidity indices in the case of changing of air pollution levels by the chemical carcinogens. It will also prove to substantiate the general preventive measures and recommendations on the organization of socialhygienical monitoring taking into account local peculiarities.
