Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the hygienic estimation has been made of for the total inhalation load of chemical carcinogens for the population. Specifics of inhalation carcinogenic load formation due to outdoor (atmospheric air) and indoor pollution (residential and municipal buildings ) have been studied. The result obtained has allowed to determine the contribution of each microenvironment in the overall inhalation load, calculate non-carcinogenic risk levels, individual and cumulative carcinogenic risk due to carcinogenic compounds influence of the air environment. The ways to reduce inhalation load level on the population have been shown in the study and recommended for sanitary and hygienic monitoring. The more informative value of carcinogenic risk indices compared to maximal permissible concentration has been represented by an example of hygienic assessment of carcinogenic load for the population.
