Corporate legal relations in Ukraine are actively developing and gaining wide rotation in today's society. Considering the tendency towards globalization, the state pays special attention to the legal regulation of corporate rights implementation aiming the aligning to international standards and EU legislation. However, nowadays, relations associated with acquisition and termination of corporate rights on the basis of juristic act are not sufficiently regulated. It gives the urgency to the defined topic of the research. The dissertation consists of three chapters, revealing the nature and content of the topic.
