Essay

The object of research is trucking operative-dispatch control processes in open-pit mines with specific terms of cargo transportation. The goal of research is to improve the trucking efficiency in open-pit mines with specific terms of cargo transportation through the use of haul trucks operative-dispatch movement control methods and models. Research methods are based on the theory of discrete-event systems, graph theory, Petri nets and Max-Plus algebra, optimization methods and discrete-event simulation. Theoretical and practical results - a solution of the urgent scientific and practical problem devoted to research and improvement of haul trucks operative-dispatch movement control methods and models in open-pit mines with specific terms of cargo transportation is given. The novelty consists in development of new discrete-event mathematical model in Max-Plus algebra basis of open-pit mining cargo transportation, which considers presence of one-lane road sections; improvement of discrete-event movement control method of haul trucks in the open-pit mines with specific terms of cargo transportation through the use of optimal control to compensate transport delays which allows to return transport system to steady operating mode in a short time; further development of vehicle movement control information technology which is to use the haul trucks schedule on one-lane roads that increases efficiency of operative-dispatch cargo transportation control. The degree of implementation - the research results are implemented at transport scheduling in career Karansky of "Social Revival of Donbass". Area of use - mining industry.
