The thesis is devoted to reducing environmental hazards environment on disposal and use of outdated ammunition for new industrial explosive. First proposed the formulation of water-resistant explosives industry, which is the ammonium nitrate granules, coated with a material based on cellulose nitrate (collodion, ballistite gunpowder, gun-cotton or ballistite rocket fuel). The use of such material as obsolete powders from recycled ammunition, reduces the risk of man-made disasters during storage. It is established that in order to prevent the formation of toxic gases in explosive transformation ammopora-B mixing ratio is 75 % NA and 25 % cellulose nitrates. A mathematical model of the kinetics of growth cellulose nitrates coating on the pellets of ammonium nitrate in a fluidized bed, which is experimentally determined parameter is the coverage ratio, which characterizes the loss of coating material as a result of entrainment nozzle varnish. It is shown that the introduction of industrial coating explosive ammopora-V a non-ionic surfactant to reduce its volume resistivity, which will prevent the occurrence of unanticipated explosion due to the formation of static electricity charges.
