Object - synchronization of time and frequency of use as a general source signals geostationary satellites (GS). The goal - improving passive systems synchronization signals GS with the parameters of the air and reduce the main components of synchronization errors. Methods - Basic statistical theory position determination and measurement of signals, mathematical simulation, statistical analysis of measurement results and experimental research. Results - а new mathematical model nutatsiy GS, based on statistical data observations. Areas of Application - synchronization system and metrology
