Goretskiy A. State Administration's mechanisms of development of recreational tourism in the Carpathian region of Ukraine

The object of research: theoretical principles of creation of effective system of state management of tourism development in the Carpathian region. Goal: is to improve the existing mechanisms and identifying innovative of state administration recreational area of the Carpathian region. Methods: abstract and logical, systematic and structured, settlement and constructive, comparative and factor analysis, and statistical and economic forecasting and program management. Results: solved concrete scientific task of theoretical study and develop practical recommendations for improving mechanisms of state administration recreational tourism development in Ukraine as an example of the Carpathian region. Novelty: formed the conceptual foundations of state administration development of recreational areas in the Carpathian region, based on the shift of control in place involving all participants of economic activity; methodical approaches of state administration recreational areas in the Carpathian region; obtained the further development of theoretical studies to optimize the system of state administration recreational area, based on the priority development of recreation and tourism for the Carpathian region and others. Introduced in the activities of the Department of Tourism, European Integration, Foreign Relations and Investments of Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Administration, Department of Housing and communal services, construction and infrastructure Zakarpattya Regional Administration and Chuguyiv City Council Kharkiv region.
