Kuzmuk I. Role of the foreign capital in formation and development of the banking sector of Ukraine.

Dissertation is devoted to the integrated study of the theoretical and practical bases of functioning banks with foreign capital in the banking sector of the host country by identifying basic assumptions manifestations, outcomes, and patterns of expansion of foreign bank capital in the context of the transition to a market economy. Shows the influence of foreign banks capital on the banking sector of the host country in the context of the economic and institutional component, highlighted the potential positive and negative effects of presence, their classification was improved. In the dissertation suggested the technique of functional-analytic review and assessment of the impact of foreign banks. Identify strategic issues and directions of improvement of the national system of regulation of the activities of foreign banks.
