Dissertation dedicated to determing the clinical-paraclinical and immuno-pathogenetic features of Chlamydia pneumonia in children. Based on the comparative analysis of the results of the investigation were determined criteria of the differential diagnosis of Chlamydia pneumonia in children. There are: gradual beginning of the disease, not so high fever at the beginning of the pathological process, hyperplasia of the lymphatic nodes, availability of unpulmonary signs, like rash on the skin, mialgia and/or arthralgia, dry cough, presence of the dry sounds in lungs, eosinophilia in periferial blood. Were established that immuno-pathogenetic features of Chlamydia pneumonia in chidren characterized by: small cytokine's reaction, as compared with chidren with bacterial or viral pneumonia and functioning of the cytokin's system in environment of decompensation. After that we saw activation of synthesis of the anti-inflamatory cytokines and hypercompensatory production of it. Cellular link of the immunity in patients with Chlamydia pneumonia during of the all of the disease was functioning on the low level, humoral - in behavior of deficiency of the antibody responce. It was also determined that the most informative differential-diagnostic features of the sundry etiology (chlamydial, bacterial, viral) pneumonia at early age children are markers of immune status of the patients at the period of manifestation of pulmonary inflammation. Based on the results of the methods of investigation of patients with different etiology pneumonia possible to create algorithms of their early preliminary etiological decipherment.
