The dissertation is dedicated to the improvement of treatment results in patients' with benign breast nodules (BBN) with the help of enhancement and introduction of differentiated diagnostic and treatment tactics. For this, an advanced diagnostic algorithm was proposed, for selection of BBN with inflammation, where in addition of TAPB under ultrasound control in cysts and operations using surgical techniques that reduce the trauma, anti-inflammatory therapy was conducted.
