Essay

The study involved 152 patients with chronic heart failure II A stage III functional class. The features of clinical status, hemodynamic dysorders, endothelial dysfunction, production of NT-proBNP, markers of systemic immunoinflamatory activation and phagocytosis, depending on the type of left ventricular dysfunction. It is established that the patients with preserved left ventricular systolic function have less prounounced clinical manifestations and hemodynamic dysorders than patients with left ventricular systolic dysfunction. It was proved the methods of correction this disorders by adding to basic therapy drugs Imunofan and Meldonium. Branch - medicine.
