The thesis is a self-completed research establishing a scientific rationale for the concept of the fund for building financing (hereinafter referred to as "FBF") as an object of civil rights. Existing doctrines, civil regulation and methodology concerning the research are concluding. The concept of "the fund for building financing" is elaborating, needed properties of an object of civil rights are specifying. Peculiarities of legal regime of the FBF are specifying. Limits and principles, legal safeguards of enjoyment of FBF's trustees civil rights are exploring.
