The dissertation summarizes the results of the analysis of domestic and foreign scientific and regulatory sources in order to study the historical, legal, methodological and theoretical aspects of human rights function of the state. The system of principles is characterized and the structure of mechanism of implementation of human rights function of the state is analyzed, the classification of the subjects of realization of the human rights function is offered.
