The thesis is dedicated to deepening the theoretical and methodological peculiarities of the formation of vertically integrated structures involving meat-processing factories. The paper is aimed at searching efficient ways of forming integrated structures in meat enterprises as the prospects for solving escalating problems in food security as well as in economic and social stability of the country. The completed analysis of the current state of meat subcomplex has revealed the main components of the efficient formation of integrated structures in the meat industry of Ukraine. The evaluation of the efficiency and continuous activity of enterprises in question has been performed. We have suggested the methodical approach to analytical research regarding the dependence of the efficiency of vertically integrated structures on the processes of market concentration. We have studied the dependence of the localization of various types of meat production on the concentration of production processes, which allowed to establish the peculiarities of these processes in the production of chicken, pork and beef.
