Scientific work is devoted studying of comparative aspects obstetrical and perinatal outcomes of delivery women with natural and induced multipara multipara pregnancy on the basis of studying of the basic clinical, ehografical and morphological changes, and also improvement of algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions. Features of the reproductive anamnesis at women with multipara pregnancy after auxiliary reprodictive technologies are established. Absence of distinctions in frequency of the basic complications multipara pregnancy which has come independently and after auxiliary reproductive technologies. The type role horional and quantities of fetus at an estimation of the basic complications multipara is proved pregnancy: placentary dysfunction and premature birth develop much more often at monohorial type of placentation and in the presence of three fetuses. It is established that frequency perinatal death rates and diseases at multipara pregnancy does not depend on a variant of its approach (independently or after auxiliary reproductive technologies), and has direct correlative dependence on type placentation and quantities of fetus. The received results have allowed to prove scientifically necessity of improvement of algorithm of conducting multipara pregnancy which has come independently and after auxiliary reproductive technologies. Rational tactics of multipara pregnancy and labour management of these patients taking into account horial type and quantities of fetus is developed.
