Object - the process of teaching high school students; the aim - to find out the influence of theoretically substantiated pedagogical conditions of creative self-realization of high school students in educational project activity on the development of their creative potential; methods - theoretical, empirical, statistical; novelty - the research is the first to theoretically substantiate and experimentally test the efficiency of pedagogical conditions of creative self-realization of high school students in educational project activity; the term "creative self-realization of high school students in educational project activity" is specified as revealing one's own inner powers while working at educational projects allowing for making adequate decisions about high school students' professional orientation; the term "educational project activity of high school students" is elaborated as a creativity-oriented teaching process directed at finding out and satisfying pupils' needs by mastering the skills of project work and creating an ideal or material object having objective or subjective novelty; the methods, forms and techniques of pupils' educational project activity have acquired further study; results - the pedagogical conditions of creative self-realization of high school students in educational project activity have undergone experimental testing allowing for their implementation in the secondary school teaching process, they may be used during the problem-based seminar for teachers and high school students "Project Activity as a Basis of Personality Creative Self-Realization"; the materials of the research will be helpful for the prospective teachers while learning "Didactics" and "General Pedagogy" and for those engaged in running pedagogical professional development courses, for writing course, Master degree and diploma papers and for compiling teaching manuals and recommendations for teachers of Sciences; field - pedagogy.
