Essay

Object of study - process of energy-efficient complex reconstruction of residential development. Purpose: iImproving methodological approach and developing practical recommendations for formation, evaluation, selection and justification of organizational and technological solutions for energy-efficient complex reconstruction of residential development. Methods: analysis and generalization of national and foreign experience of the energy saving formation; methods of system analysis, abstraction, formalization, analysis and synthesis; method of expert evaluations; methods of probability theory and mathematical statistics, correlation and regression analysis; combinatorial methods of morphological analysis and decision theory. Theoretical and practical results: developed and tested methodical recommendations for decision making about feasibility and effectiveness of projects implementation of energy-efficient complex reconstruction of residential buildings on the basis of the identified dependencies of works duration and building products (obtained as a result of energy-efficient complex reconstruction) cost from the set of organizational and technological factors. Scientific novelty: further developed system of organizational and technological factors that affect the efficiency indicators of organizational and technological solutions of energy efficient complex reconstruction of residential development; first identified patterns of the technology-organizational factors (tightness, district heat balance improvement, complex technology) influence on the predicted duration and cost of energy-efficient complex reconstruction of residential development; improved the method of formation, evaluation, substantiation and selection the organizational and technological decisions of energy-efficient complex reconstruction of residential development, which allows to reach the best values of predicted technical and economic indicators within existing limits on the total cost of the project and the total energy savings that can be obtained as a result of the project realisation. The degree of implementation: developed proposals were used by communal organization "Institute of General Plan of Kiev" in designing the territories of microdistricts, individual buildings in Kiev and Zaporozhye Regional Institute of problems of reconstruction, operation and engineering protection of industrial, residential and civic objects "Academindustrialresidentreconstruction" of Ukrainian Academy of Construction, and in educational process of SHEE PSACEA. Sphere of application: organizational and technological designing of energy-efficient complex reconstruction of residential development.
