The thesis explores the question of constitutional and legal regulation of state awards (decorations) of Ukraine. It considers theoretical and practical issues concerning state awards of Ukraine as the multilevel interdisciplinary institute of a system of legal rules based on the provisions of constitutional law governing homogeneous social relations within different areas of law relating to the establishment and functionality of state awards in Ukraine.
