Object - the process of the development of the management of the competitiveness of food industry enterprises; an aim - theoretical substantiation and methodical providing the development of the management of the competitiveness of food industry enterprises; methods of - method of structural-logical and comparative-economic analysis, economic and mathematic, statistical and comparative analysis, method of grouping, method of comparing and detailed elaboration, method of absolute and relative magnitudes, graphical method and marketing analysis; novelty - improved the organizational and economic management system of the enterprise competitiveness by including to the existing system of formation of responsibility centers, profit centers by identifying unused market segments and cost centers based on the restructuring of marketing services; theoretical and practical results - lie in the develop methodological recommendations regarding the management of the competitiveness of food industry enterprises and the formation of the effective management system of its that have been proved on the wine industry enterprises; the degree of implementation - results and suggestions received during the writing of the thesis have been implemented in the activity of the enterprises: Ltd. PTC "Shabo" (the act of introduction from 29.11.12 №682/1), JSC "Odesavinprom" (the act of introduction from 17.12.12 № 657), JSC "Odessa factory of sparkling wines" (the act of introduction from 11.09.12 № 1386) and introduced Odessa Regional State Administration (the act of introduction from 26.03.13 № 05-19/591). Certain results of research presented in the thesis, are used in the educational process of the Odessa National Academy of Food Technologies during practical lessons on discipline "Management Accounting" for preparation of bachelors of professional direction "Accounting and Auditing" (the act of introduction from 13.10.14 № 223/Рз); industry - economics and management of enterprises (by economic activity).
